Price list of Invest4Growth Asset Management Ltd. services:

The management fee is calculated on an annualized basis and is payable on a quarterly basis on the value of the portfolio taken on the last day of each quarter. The management fee varies on the size of the portfolio under management (*). Performance fees are always calculated according to the “High Watermark” principle (**).

Raphael’s Choice

  • From €0 – €1,000,000: 0.85% management fee + 10% performance fee
  • Above €1,000,000: 0.4% management fee + 10% performance fee
  • The performance fee is calculated on a yearly basis
  • Minimum fee is €2,500 per annum

Real Estate (REITS)

  • From €0 – €1,000,000: 0.85% management fee + 10% performance fee
  • Above €1,000,000: 0.4% management fee + 10% performance fee
  • The performance fee is calculated on a yearly basis
  • Minimum fee is €2,500 per annum

Option Strategies

  • Starting from €100 000: 1% management fee + 10% performance fee (***)
  • The performance fee is calculated on a quarterly basis
  • Minimum fee is €2,500 per annum

Third Party Funds:

  • Entry costs: varies, depending of the fund, between 0% – 2%
  • Retrocessions: Invest4Growth Asset Management Ltd. in his role as distributor, may receive a percentage of the management fee, which generally varies between 50% and 60% of the management fee, calculated on the total amount under management, from the manager of the Collective Investment in Transferable Securities as a retrocession.
  • These fees are designed to enhance the quality of the relevant service to the client and it does not impair compliance with the firm’s duty to act in the best interests of the client.

Other solutions and tailor-made portfolios require fees which vary according to the complexity and portfolio size.

(*) The tariffs are subject to Maltese VAT (18%)
(**) A high-water mark is the highest peak in value that an investment fund or account has reached. This term is often used in the context of fund manager compensation, which is performance-based. If the manager loses money over a period, he must get the fund above the high-water mark before receiving a performance bonus from the assets under management (AUM).
(***) The high Watermark in the option strategies has a look back period of 12 quarters.
